Although I have not seen flying cars or cities that come straight out of an episode of The Jetsons I have witnessed 2012 as a very innovative year in terms of technology and um... fashion.
A Very Tandem Christmas
Amongst all the projects I slave over & design projects I do, one very special to me is a collaboration with my twin brother, Mark. We schemed and worked months & months for a holiday release of our clothing label that is now known as Tandem.
In a way it allows me to strip myself down from my acquired feminine taste as a woman and really bring out the raw and graphic qualities in clothing I truly love. The line is unisex and it is meant primarily for those who love the cultism of streetwear with New York City attitude.

Wiener Wonderland
So I have been a little absent off my beloved blog, but I have been one busy little elf. Since the surprise is already out in some of my relatives' & friends' mailbox, I thought I'd share my holiday cheer. It is one of my favorite times of the year & throughout stress, devastation, working overtime, & much more negativity, it's always important to make yourself happy so you can do so for others. Here's a fine holiday portrait with my dachshund Rooney. The card was designed by me & also designed by me was....
....my life in wrapping paper! I screen printed a pattern I had made with various doodles. A wiener dog, an iPhone, shoes, even a mouse cursor. My friends joke around saying next year I will probably have my own scotch tape designed. Whatever.
Not a creature was stirring, not even a Rooney.
